How do I procede with an international order?

  1. Order in the online shop: when you’ve ordered your articles / games give us your address and click on international order in the shop. Please give us your email address when you order, only then you will receive an automatic answer which will contain your order as a copy for you. The confirmation will follow when we start working on your order.Then we make out an invoice which includes all the applicable fees and all particulars (e.g. no VAT).
  2. Order by email / by fax / by mail: in this case you name the amount and the name of the articles you wish to buy. Please give us your address and if necessary your delivery address. Payment

All international customers have to prepay ordered merchandise.We cannot accept any credit card because of involved expenses. There are different ways of payment:

  1. Transfer by bank:

    You can transfer the amount charged to you to our german bank account. Therefore it is necessary that you include all the involved fees of the transfer, also the fees of our german bank. Please inquire about the fees in your personal bank Since 01.07.2003 there are no fees for people in European Union.

  2. Transfer by postal order:

    In some countries it is possible to pay by postal order. If you wish this kind of payment you need to specify a personal recipient because the Postbank will only pay money to this specific person who can identify by ID-card. Please inquire in this case about the particulars of this person.

  3. Money-letter:

    In some countries payment is possible by money-letter. The amount included is insured up to a certain amount. Please inquire in your Postbank. Attention: to send money in a regular, uninsured letter bears a great risk of the money being stolen.Unfortunately that has happened before.

  4. Transfer by PayPal:

    For all countries (the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Denmark and Luxembourg included): If you want to use PayPal: PayPal is an international banking system we use to transfer money in an easy way. Look at www.paypal.com if you don`t know yet how to use PayPal.There are no fees involved for you to send money to our PayPal account. Send the money to the following PayPal email address: hgthiemann@aol.com

German VAT / Omittance of German VAT

We work on your order with respect to the country specific conditions. In not EU-countries (e.g. USA, Japan etc.) german VAT is not applicable. In this case we will send the invoice to you without german VAT. The delivery address has to be in the equivalent country.

If you receive merchandise and for some reason the tax wasn`t deducted we can restore the tax to you. Therefore we need a customs declaration of your Customs including a copy of the invoice.

Shipping and handling worldwide.


Shipping and handling amounts of a basic cost for the parcel and weight of the merchandise plus weight of packing material as carton and stuffing chips. The maximum weight of a parcel depends on the terms of the different countries. Outside European countries and Switzerland: we deliver all articles without VAT.

 

Different terms of delivery

Premium (only DHL)

Premium is the fastest and most expensive way of delivery. The merchandise will reach its destination 2-5 days faster depending on the distance from Germany.

Economy (only DHL)

Economy is slower but a far less expensive alternative to send parcels. That is why we use this tariff as standard. If you wish your order to be send by Premium please let us know. 

       

The Invoice

If you didn´t specify with your order which way of payment you wish we will send to you by email an invoice statement following the above criteria. You will receive from us the invoice number which you have to state with your payment. Normally it starts with AN-12345.

At the same time we let you know which games are available and reserved for you and which games we can deliver at a later date or which games are unavailable at all and are therefore cancelled from your order. After this you will receive a confirmation of the invoice. After the payment was done and the money is credited to our account we will automatically deliver the ordered merchandise.(this can possibly take a few days - a money transfer issued on Friday will most likely be only completed on Monday) We will not be able to send the date of delivery to you by email.

      

Companies

Order by international companies in EU-countries

We will be pleased to deliver to foreign companies to exclusive conditions. Get in contact with us and we will let you know our retail prices for the required games. As foreign companies don`t have to pay the german VAT we will need the ID-number, the complete address and the formality of the company. These particulars have to be approved by the Federal Ministry of Finances. After approval we receive a written notification that we can deliver to this company without applying VAT.
